Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Orchid Beauty we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling, we require the following policies for all appointments: 1. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required for any service exceeding $100. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in the loss of your deposit. 3. No-Call/No-Show Policy • Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% No-Call/No-Show Fee, based on the total service cost. This fee will be charged in addition to the forfeited deposit. 4. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited at the stylist’s discretion.
